Property & Casualty Insurance

The income plan is only as sturdy as the house, the vehicles, and the liability sitting under it.

A retirement paycheck does not help if a house fire, a lawsuit, or an uninsured driver undoes the household in an afternoon. Property and casualty coverage is the unglamorous layer that keeps the rest of the plan from being a wish.

This office shops independent P&C markets: homeowners and auto, personal umbrella, farm and rural property, and business property and liability for closely held companies. The work is the same as on the life side — match the contract to the actual risk, then compare carriers instead of defaulting to the one already in the drawer.

Bundling is sometimes cheaper. It is not always better. Deductibles, liability limits, and what is actually excluded get read before anything is renewed out of habit.
