Accident Insurance

Accident-only coverage pays a scheduled benefit for injuries, emergency care, and accidental death — on top of health insurance, not instead of it.

Health insurance is built for doctors and hospitals. It is not built to replace wages during recovery, cover the deductible in a lump sum, or put a check in a family’s hands after a fatal accident. Accident insurance is.

These are typically accident-only contracts: emergency room and hospital benefits, fractures and dislocations on a schedule, and accidental death and dismemberment. They do not pay for sickness. That limitation is the point — the premium stays in reach, and the benefit is a known number when the event is an accident.

Used well, it sits next to disability, life, and health coverage. Used poorly, it is sold as a substitute for any of those. This office will not do the second thing.
